2Independence and trademarks

Stegos Global is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra. Amazon, Amazon Ads, Flipkart, Myntra and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe the marketplaces we work on; nothing on this site suggests that any of them sponsors or endorses us.

3Information on this site

Our guides, case studies, calculator and other content are general information to help you understand marketplace advertising. They are not legal, financial or tax advice and are not a substitute for advice about your specific business.

  • The guides are Stegos Global's original analysis; the opinions in them are our own.
  • The ROAS calculator is illustrative arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It is not a forecast.
  • Marketplace features, policies and reporting change often. We try to keep content accurate but cannot promise it is always current or complete.

4No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, stock, competition and each marketplace's systems. Results shown for client accounts describe those accounts only and do not predict or guarantee results for anyone else. We do not guarantee any particular ROAS, ACOS, sales or ranking outcome.

5Using the site and our forms

Please use the site lawfully. In particular, do not:

  • submit false information or someone else's contact details through our forms;
  • send spam or automated submissions, or try to overload or disrupt the site or its forms;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or any account;
  • copy the site's content in bulk or present it as your own.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Stegos Global is not liable for any loss arising from relying on the general information on this site or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
