1Who we are

Stegos Global ("we", "us") provides marketplace advertising services for Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra sellers in India. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra. For anything about this policy or your data, contact us at nishant@stegosglobal.com or on WhatsApp at +91 87965 69474.

2What we collect

Information you give us. When you send the free-audit or contact form we receive:

  • your name and brand name;
  • your email address and phone / WhatsApp number;
  • the marketplaces you sell on and any message you write.

With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the date and time, and whether you used a phone or a computer, so we know where the enquiry came from.

Information sent automatically. Like any website, the services that host this site and deliver its fonts receive standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social-media pixels on this website.

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send.

3How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and prepare your free ad audit;
  • to contact you about the services you asked about;
  • to keep a record of enquiries and conversations with prospective clients.

We do not sell your data, add you to mailing lists or share your details with other businesses for their marketing.

4Who it is shared with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They only process data to provide their service to us:

  • Google — receives form submissions through a script on our own Google account, which emails them to us, records them in our private Google Sheet and sends you a confirmation email. Google also hosts our business email and serves the website's fonts (Google privacy policy).
  • GitHub Pages — hosts this website (GitHub privacy statement).
  • WhatsApp — only if you choose to message us there (WhatsApp privacy policy).

Some of these providers may store data outside India. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

5Client advertising account data

When a business hires us to manage its advertising, we work inside its Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra advertising and seller accounts. For that client data we follow these rules, which also follow the data-protection policies that Amazon Ads sets for third-party service providers:

  • Access only with permission. We work only through the access the client grants us with each marketplace's own user-permission features. We never ask for, collect or store marketplace passwords or login credentials, and we act in an account only as the client has authorised.
  • Only for the client's services. We use account, campaign and sales data only to provide and report on the services the client engaged us for, and access only the data those services need.
  • Need-to-know access. Only team members working on that client's account can see its data.
  • No selling or sharing. We do not sell, rent, publish or share client data, combine it with other data sources, or use marketplace audience data for interest-based advertising.
  • Deletion. When an engagement ends, or when the client asks, we delete the client data we hold, except where the law requires us to keep it — and then only for that purpose.
  • Results on this website. Case studies and figures are anonymised by product category, never shown by brand name, and published only with the client's written approval.

6How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to provide our services. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

7Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it, or stop using it by withdrawing your consent;
  • resolve a complaint (grievance) about how we handled your data.

Email nishant@stegosglobal.com with your request. We will respond as quickly as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8Security and reporting a concern

The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries and client data are kept in accounts protected by access controls, available only to the people who need them, and we review who has access when people join or leave a client team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

To report a security vulnerability, a privacy concern or suspected misuse of data — including marketplace account data — email nishant@stegosglobal.com with the subject "Security or privacy report". Our process:

  1. We acknowledge your report within 3 business days.
  2. We log it, investigate, and take steps to contain and fix the issue.
  3. If a client's data or account may be affected, we tell that client promptly and notify the relevant marketplace or authority where the rules require it.
  4. We tell you the outcome and keep a record of the report and what we did.

9Children

This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date below.
